Oak Tree Planting for the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee

Friday, 9th February 2024 at 11am – Oak Tree Planting for the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee

SPRA is very pleased to announce that an oak tree is to be planted at the top of Stoke Hill at 11 am on Friday 9th February to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Sneyd Park Residents Association would like to invite Members and other residents to commemorate this significant milestone.

It is regrettable that it has not been possible to do this sooner, but we hope as many people as possible will be able to join us for the short ceremony.

SPRA will be adding a plaque at a later date to denote the occasion.

best wishes

Alan Jenkinson, Vice Chair SPRA

ps: Important note: for those planning to come along to the tree planting this Friday, the meeting point is the Stoke Bishop War Memorial at the top of Stoke Hill.
